I had the last bag of cauliflower stored for the winter left in the freezer; it was already pre-blanched, but not in salt water. To cook cauliflower in a frying pan quickly, I completely defrosted it, drained the water and dried it well with paper towels, then divided it into florets. I fried it in a well-heated frying pan in vegetable oil for just a short time. I forgot to add salt)) this only became clear during dinner, so I seasoned the prepared cabbage with mayonnaise and it turned out extremely tasty. I love cauliflower! I recommend the recipe!
