First you need to take cauliflower. Peel it, separate it into inflorescences and wash them. Then transfer them to a saucepan. Cover the pan with a lid and place it on the fire. If the heat is too high and the cabbage may burn, then pour a tablespoon of water into it. The cabbage should brown a little. To do this, you must keep it on low heat for about 15 minutes.
STEP 3
While the cabbage is on the stove, you can grate the cheese. Take a grater with fine holes. Take the eggs. Whisk them, add a little salt and mix with the cottage cheese.
STEP 4
If the cauliflower has cooled down, chop it and add it to the cottage cheese. Mix everything thoroughly.
STEP 5
Then add butter and finally cheese. Place the mixture in a pan with special baking paper on the bottom.
STEP 6
Place the pan on low heat and leave it on the stove for 12 minutes.
STEP 7
After this, remove the lid, wipe off any condensation and close the pan again. Leave the casserole like this for half an hour. It will cook without fire using the heat accumulated in the pan. Decorate the casserole with herbs. This food is eaten with sour cream. Bon appetit!
