I prepared a potato, tomato, cheese casserole in the oven for dinner for my son. The biggest plus is that the whole process takes minimal time! I decided to bake it in a disposable pan. The potatoes were cut into thin slices and washed with water to remove starch. Mixed with spices immediately in a bowl, and then laid out in layers in a mold. I used dried vegetables and chicken seasoning. I added more cream so that it reached almost to the top layer of the potatoes. Bake under foil for 40 minutes. The cream soaked the potatoes so well! It became tender and very tasty! The tomato-cheese crust also complements the casserole perfectly. I recommend!

I would add that the cream should simmer a little during the cooking process. This is clearly visible in glassware. Until I added heat until the cream was boiling, the potatoes were barely cooked.
