STEP 1

How to make a casserole of potatoes, minced meat and cheese in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Minced meat can be taken from any type of meat or from several types. I have minced pork and beef. Peel the potatoes in advance and rinse them to remove dirt. Choose cheese according to your taste.

Cut the peeled potatoes into thin slices.

Any heat-resistant form is suitable for baking. It can be glass, ceramic or metal. Grease the bottom and sides of the mold with vegetable oil. Place chopped potatoes on the bottom of the pan.

Grease it with sour cream and sprinkle with salt. Instead of sour cream, you can coat the potato layer with natural yogurt without additives or mayonnaise.

Rub a layer of cheese on top.
STEP 6

Peel the onion, finely chop and mix with minced meat.
STEP 7

Spread the minced meat in a thin layer. Sprinkle it with salt and spices. Spread a little more grated cheese over the minced meat.

Repeat all layers again. Also layer them with grated cheese. When baked, it will melt and hold all the layers together. Sprinkle the top layer of potatoes with plenty of grated cheese and place the pan in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 45-60 minutes. Be guided by your oven.
STEP 9

The finished casserole will turn an appetizing golden color. The cheese will be nicely browned on the surface. Remove it from the oven, garnish with herbs and serve. Divide the casserole into plates and serve hot. Bon appetit!
