    Place margarine with vegetable fats, softened and chopped with a knife, into a bowl. Add baking powder or baking soda (half a teaspoon of baking soda and half a teaspoon of vinegar).

    Mix the mixture until an elastic, smooth dough is obtained. Wrap it in cling film and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

    Take out the dough and divide it into four parts. Roll each piece into a thin rectangular layer, no more than 0.5 centimeters thick. We bake each layer of dough in the oven, heated to 180 degrees, for 20 minutes.
