STEP 1

Separate the whites from the yolks.
STEP 2

Beat the whites to strong peaks.
STEP 3

Gradually add sugar and continue beating until smooth.
STEP 4

Add the yolks one at a time and beat until smooth.
STEP 5

Combine flour, starch, baking powder and sift into the egg mixture. Add vanillin.
STEP 6

Gently stir from bottom to top with a spoon.
STEP 7

Line a 22-24 cm mold with baking paper, pour the dough into it, smooth it out and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes, focusing on your oven and using wooden sticks.
STEP 8

Let the biscuit cool completely.
STEP 9

Cut off the top of the cake and scoop out all the pulp from inside.
STEP 10

Leave about 1 cm on the sides and bottom.
STEP 11

CREAM: Beat sour cream with a mixer with powdered sugar and thickener.
STEP 12

Place layers inside the cake: cream, strawberries, cream, biscuit crumb, cream and repeat.
STEP 13

Place the cut off top on top. Cover the cake with cream. Place the cake in the refrigerator to soak for several hours.
STEP 14

Before serving, garnish with strawberries. Bon appetit!
