Separate the white from the yolk.
STEP 2
Grind the yolk with sugar, salt and mustard. Gradually add vegetable oil and beat until smooth.
STEP 3
Separately, beat the garlic and anchovy fillet in a blender and add to our sauce. Mix well and add protein and cheese.
