Finely chop the cabbage
STEP 2

Pour boiling water over and leave covered for 10 minutes.
STEP 3

Chop the onion and fry until golden brown.
STEP 4

Drain the boiling water from the cabbage and mix with the onion, egg, salt and flour
STEP 5

Mix everything well.
STEP 6

Heat a frying pan, add vegetable oil and add 1 tbsp to the frying pan. pancakes

Fry on both sides until golden brown.
