STEP 1

How to make buns from dough with butter and vegetable oil? Heat the milk until warm. Add yeast, salt, sugar, vanillin, and egg. Be sure to wash your eggs before using them, as even seemingly clean shells can harbor harmful bacteria. Stir. Pour in vegetable and melted butter. How to melt butter? STEP 2

Mix everything again. Sift the flour directly into the bowl. It is important to do this to saturate it with oxygen. Then the baked goods will turn out airy and rise well during baking.
STEP 3

Add it gradually, patiently kneading the dough. It should become very pliable, but not sticky to your hands. It will take about 15 minutes to knead. Place it in a bowl, sprinkle it with flour. And cover with a towel. Place the bowl of dough in a warm place to rise for an hour and a half. When warm, the dough should double in size.
STEP 4

Turn the dough out onto a floured surface. Roll it into a roller.

Then divide this roller into pieces of equal weight.

Using a pastry brush, brush the surface of the buns with a mixture of one yolk and water. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven.

Bake the buns for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
