Bulk pie in butter with cottage cheese

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to make a bulk pie in butter with cottage cheese? It is better to take natural cottage cheese, it is not only healthier and tastier, but also better in work. But any other available one will do; preparing this pie is a great way to use up leftover uneaten cottage cheese. Ingredients: butter and chicken eggs must be removed from the refrigerator in advance so that they are at room temperature.
STEP 2

Place the softened butter (if you didn’t have time to take it out of the refrigerator in advance, you can melt it a little in the microwave) in a deep bowl, cut it into small cubes with a knife. Add sugar and add sifted flour combined with baking powder.
STEP 3

Rub the dough into crumbs with your hands. The result should be a crumbly shortbread dough that is quite moist to the touch.
STEP 4

Place the cottage cheese in a bowl. Add sugar. Beat in a chicken egg. If the cottage cheese is too dry, you can pour in a couple of tablespoons of milk, this will make it easier to turn it into a homogeneous mass.
STEP 5

For better taste and wonderful aroma, add a pinch of vanillin. Using a blender, grind the indicated ingredients into a homogeneous curd mass.
STEP 6

Place some of the dough into a greased baking pan. We make small sides so that the filling does not leak out of the dough.
STEP 7

Spread the curd mixture on top.
STEP 8

Sprinkle with the remaining sand crumbs. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place the pie pan in the oven. Bake it for about 30 minutes. But you need to focus on the operation of your oven; the cooking time also depends on the volume of the mold and the number of ingredients. The pie should be slightly browned on the outside and well baked on the inside.
STEP 9

Remove the cake from the oven, let it cool slightly in the pan and place it on a plate. Serve with milk, tea or coffee. Bon appetit!
