STEP 1
How to make bulgur with chicken in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. For cooking, you can use any parts of chicken or chicken fillet.
STEP 2
Rinse the chicken under running water and dry with a paper towel. Then cut the chicken into pieces. Pour a little vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and fry the chicken pieces over high heat for 2-3 minutes until they begin to brown slightly. Salt the chicken a little. There is no need to cook the chicken until done.
STEP 3
For baking, take any heat-resistant form. I have a ceramic one. Place the fried chicken in a baking dish.
STEP 4
Peel the onions and carrots, rinse and chop. Finely chop the onion and grate the carrots. Fry onions and carrots for 3-4 minutes.
STEP 5
Sprinkle the required amount of bulgur over the chicken, distributing it evenly between the chicken pieces.
STEP 6
Place the roasted vegetables on top and fill everything with water. Sprinkle some salt and spices. You can add a little ground pepper as a spice. Cover the pan with a sheet of foil and place in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 30-35 minutes.
STEP 7
During this time, the bulgur will increase in size, completely absorb all the water and become soft. The chicken will also have time to cook. Remove the pan from the oven, mix some bulgur with the chicken and serve hot. Bon appetit!
