Brioche dough

The recipe for pastry made with brewer's yeast was famous back in the 16th century! The French brioche dough was invented at the beginning of the 19th century by the French confectioners Julien brothers and gained immense popularity all over the world. They named the dough, as well as the bun of the same name, in honor of the famous French pastry chef Brioche.

This recipe made such good dough! Rich and just melts in your mouth! And thanks to your cookbook, I won’t lose this recipe, it will be here in the “Buns” folder, which is much more convenient than various notebooks! Thank you for creating this wonderful cookbook!

Nice step by step photos, I could just smell the buns. I’m already used to beating dough in a bread machine, but here the recipe is written so well and tasty that I’ve put it in my cookbook and will try it.

Arisynshik, I was always afraid to deal with dough, but with your recipe I succeeded! Combined with custard, you get amazingly tender and fragrant buns!

We love butter buns very much, I’ve tried many recipes and they’re all wrong. I’ll try to make Larisynshik according to your recipe. Everything turns out great with your recipes.
