Soft, light, delicate, airy! The “Bride with Chicken” salad is attractive in appearance and tastes good. Fragrant fried pieces of chicken, on top of which are placed one above the other layers of grated potatoes, eggs, cheese, and finely chopped crispy Chinese cabbage. All this is generously flavored with mayonnaise. This is the “Bride with Chicken” salad. When preparing the dish, I strictly followed the recipe. Only instead of processed cheese I took a piece of hard cheese (60 g). And I seasoned it with mayonnaise from the heart (it took twice as much). Thank you very much for the recipe! I will definitely include it on my menu.
