Brewed chicken breast in milk

STEP 1

We will need: chicken breast fillet, milk 3.2%, spices.
STEP 2

Wash the chicken breast, dry it slightly, cut into small pieces.
STEP 3

Add spices. I take "For the chicken". Here - at will.
STEP 4

Transfer to a thick-walled saucepan. And let it sit for about 15 minutes. Do not add salt so that excess juice does not escape. A thick-walled pan is needed in order to retain heat longer. Although, this is not important.
STEP 5

Boil the milk. And pour the boiling milk directly over the breast to cover at a level of 4-5 cm. Stir quickly so that the pieces do not stick together. It is important to do everything quickly in order to maintain the high temperature of the milk.
STEP 6

Wrap the pan well with a towel. To be sure, I also cover it with a blanket. Leave for 1 hour. Or you can pour the breast with boiling milk into a thermos, because it is important that the milk remains hot after this hour!
STEP 7

After exactly 1 hour, drain the milk. Now you can add salt. Done! Bon appetit!
