The most tender chicken breast without much effort! Breast that does not need to be cooked, but only brewed with boiling milk. This cooking method also confused me at first, but I tried it anyway and didn’t regret it! The breast turns out very tender and has a pleasant, appetizing color, and is completely ready!     Boil the milk. And pour the boiling milk directly over the breast to cover at a level of 4-5 cm. Stir quickly so that the pieces do not stick together. It is important to do everything quickly in order to maintain the high temperature of the milk.

    Wrap the pan well with a towel. To be sure, I also cover it with a blanket. Leave for 1 hour. Or you can pour the breast with boiling milk into a thermos, because it is important that the milk remains hot after this hour!

I was surprised and interested in the recipe for boiled chicken breast in milk. Definitely a must try! I decided to brew it in a thermos with a wide neck. I cut the breast into small cubes (up to 1.5 cm), added spices and put it in a thermos. After 15 minutes, I poured boiling milk into the thermos, closed it and left it for an hour (I got it for 1 hour 20 minutes). I drained the milk, the pieces of meat were completely cooked, they turned out very tender and creamy. Served with mashed potatoes and vegetables. Can be seasoned with salt or served with sauce or pickles. The cooking recipe is unusual, but very successful, it’s easy to prepare, it takes little time, and the result is excellent. I’ve cooked pork this way before and added heavy cream, but I haven’t tried it with milk. According to your recipe, yesterday I prepared a chicken breast like this for the first time, only I added saffron and turmeric to it, it turned out very tasty.
