Be sure to wash your eggs before using them, as even seemingly clean shells can harbor harmful bacteria. It is best to use food grade detergents and a brush.

    Lightly beat the egg white with a fork and pour in the milk. Next, take a whisk and, without stopping whisking, add starch. Stir until smooth, you should get something like an omelette mixture.

    Heat a frying pan over low heat. It is more convenient if it is small in size, per serving, and with a non-stick coating. Drop a small amount of vegetable oil and spread it with a brush - you don’t need a lot of oil for this dish. Pour the egg-milk mixture into the pan. Add salt to taste.
