Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Before cooking, we prepare the products. Grate hard cheese. Cut the ham and bread into cubes. It is better to take yesterday's bread.
STEP 2

Break the eggs, add salt, pepper, beat until smooth. Pour in milk and cheese, mix and add diced bread. Mix well so that each piece of bread is coated with the mixture. If the bread is fresh, you can immediately add the ham and put it in the oven to bake. If it’s a little dry, you can add another egg and (or) a little milk, and leave it to soak in the mixture for about 15 minutes, and then add the ham.
STEP 3

When all the ingredients are mixed, place in a preheated oven at 180°-200° and bake until golden brown. Adjust the baking temperature and time according to your oven. I baked for about 15 minutes.
