Blueberry Brownies
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Sift the flour and mix with sugar.
STEP 2

Add butter at room temperature to the flour and rub into crumbs with your hands.
STEP 3

Beat the egg with a pinch of salt and add to the flour mixture.
STEP 4

Knead into a smooth dough. Roll into a ball.
STEP 5

Place in a bag and press down a little. This will allow the dough to cool evenly. Place the dough in the refrigerator for 25-30 minutes.
STEP 6

Roll out the chilled dough into a layer 0.5-0.7 cm thick. Take two molds of different diameters (you can use glasses) and cut out circles from the dough with the larger mold. Then use half the circles to make rings using a smaller cookie cutter. Grease the circle with yolk and place a ring on top. Small tenderloins - the leftovers can also be greased with yolk and baked.
STEP 7

Fill the cookies with blueberries and top with jam. Grease the top side with yolk too.
STEP 8

Bake cookies in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-18 minutes. Then cool
