STEP 1
How to make Black Pearl salad with prunes, crab sticks and walnuts. First of all, take the necessary products.
STEP 2
First, steam the prunes. Fill it with water.
STEP 3
Grate pre-boiled eggs, hard cheese, crab sticks and butter. If it’s difficult to grate the crab sticks, just chop them finely. Rub the grated butter with a fork and, if it melts, put it in the refrigerator. The layers will be repeated, so divide the grated ingredients in half.
STEP 4
We cut the edge of the prune. Stuff prunes with walnuts.
STEP 5
We collect the salad. If you have a transparent deep dish, then you can lay out layers in it. If you place it on a flat dish, you can make a circle out of paper so that all the layers are visible later. The first layer is half the grated eggs, then a mesh of mayonnaise.
STEP 6
2nd layer – half of crab sticks, then mayonnaise.
STEP 7
3rd layer - half hard cheese, 4th layer - half butter.
STEP 8
5th layer – place prunes and nuts tightly next to each other (I didn’t have enough, so there were gaps left).
STEP 9
6th layer – half of crab sticks, then mayonnaise.
STEP 10
7th layer - half hard cheese, then mayonnaise. 8th layer - half butter. 9th layer - half grated eggs.
STEP 11
Remove the paper circle and decorate the salad. You can decorate with a mesh of mayonnaise and walnuts. Leave the salad in the refrigerator to soak.
STEP 12
