I cooked chicken broth and decided to use it to make soup with bell peppers. While the potatoes were boiling in the broth, I fried the remaining vegetables one by one (I also decided to fry the carrots along with onions; I like lightly fried carrots in soups more than just boiled ones). Hearty and bright soup with bell pepper. Easy to prepare, very pleasant taste. I cooked the soup with rich pork broth, so it turned out to be quite fatty. I didn’t have cherry tomatoes, so instead I added regular ones, cutting them into squares. And the peppers were only red. With peppers of different colors, the soup would, of course, be more colorful. Next time I’ll cook this soup with chicken broth.
