Bell pepper salad is to die for

STEP 1

How to make a finger-licking bell pepper salad for the winter? Take all the products on the list.
STEP 2

Peel the onions, garlic and carrots, remove the seed capsule from the bell pepper, wash all vegetables under running water.
STEP 3

Cut the onion into cubes, cut the carrots into cubes.
STEP 4

Place onions and carrots in a frying pan, pour in sunflower oil, simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally.
STEP 5

Meanwhile, cut the bell pepper into medium-sized cubes.
STEP 6

Add bell peppers to carrots and onions and continue simmering. If necessary, add sunflower oil.
STEP 7

Wash the tomatoes and chop them using a blender without peeling the skins (you can peel them if you wish, of course). Finely chop the hot pepper.
STEP 8

Pour the resulting tomato juice over the almost ready vegetables, also add hot pepper. Stir

Grind the garlic through a press, add to the salad, add vinegar essence and sugar, and salt. Bring the contents of the frying pan to a boil, keep on fire for another 5 minutes.
STEP 10

Place the hot salad in pre-sterilized jars and cover with sterile lids.
STEP 11

Turn it upside down, wrap it in a blanket and leave it for a day until it cools completely. Store the salad in the cellar or refrigerator.
