Grate the beets and potatoes on a coarse grater.

Add the egg and mix everything.

Add salt and flour.

Mix everything thoroughly.

Pour a little vegetable oil into a heated frying pan and place the formed pancakes. Fry the pancakes on both sides until a crust appears.
STEP 6

Place the finished pancakes on a plate and invite everyone to the table. Best served hot and with sour cream.
