Milada, an original dish, not for everyone, let’s say... Raw meat is somehow not very acceptable for me personally, at least a little, but I would like heat treatment, I never even try minced meat for cutlets, I completely trust the recipe and pour everything you need in terms of composition. And here is a dangerous option, bull tapeworm and all that stuff, maybe I’m wrong, but I just remembered what my mother said since childhood... And the dish looks very beautiful and if not for these all sorts of troubles that await us in the form of various "tenants of the body", then one could safely call it useful, since the beneficial substances are preserved in the meat and are not killed by heat treatment.
