Beef steak on charcoal with garlic and herbs

STEP 1

How to grill beef steaks over charcoal on a grill with garlic and herbs? Prepare all the products that are listed. What aromatic herbs can be used to prepare the recipe? Any greens of your choice will do. This time I used a couple of sprigs of fresh marjoram, 3-4 sprigs of lemon thyme and rosemary. Adjust the amount of garlic and herbs to taste.
STEP 2

Remove the beef steaks from the refrigerator in advance and leave to warm to room temperature.
STEP 3

Rinse the greens and dry with paper towels or a kitchen towel. Peel the garlic cloves. Using a sharp knife, chop the aromatic herbs and garlic not very finely. Place everything in a deep small bowl and stir.
STEP 4

Light up the grill. When the fire burns out, you can begin the main stage of cooking. The heat must be intense. Place the grill and wait for it to warm up well.
STEP 5

Place the beef on the grill. Fry on one side for 3-4 minutes.
STEP 6

Then turn the steaks over to the other side using tongs and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
STEP 7

Place the meat on foil. Season with salt and coarse pepper.
STEP 8

Distribute 1 tsp onto each piece. with a slide of softened butter.
STEP 9

Sprinkle with a mixture of garlic and aromatic herbs. Cover the top tightly with foil. Leave it this way for 10-15 minutes. I usually cover the pieces with a towel on top to keep them as warm as possible.
STEP 10

After the allotted time, the steaks can be served. In 10 minutes, the meat is imbued with the aroma of garlic and herbs and becomes incredibly tasty!
STEP 11

Pour the juice remaining in the foil over each piece of beef and enjoy the excellent taste!
