STEP 1
How to bake beef roll in the oven? Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
STEP 2

STEP 3
Wash the meat in running water and dry with paper towels. Make a longitudinal cut along the piece, not reaching a little to the edge, and open the piece of meat like a book.
STEP 4
Cover the meat with cling film to prevent splashes. And hit it well with a hammer.
STEP 5
Season the chopped beef with salt, pepper and sprinkle with thyme on both sides. You can change and add any spices you wish.
STEP 6
Place mozzarella and sun-dried tomatoes on the meat.
STEP 7
Roll the meat into a tight roll.
STEP 8
Tie the roll with twine so that it retains its shape during cooking.
STEP 9
Brush the roll with olive or other vegetable oil. It is convenient to use a silicone spatula for this.
STEP 10

STEP 11
Transfer the roll to a baking dish and place in an oven preheated to 190°C for 30-35 minutes. Time and temperature are approximate, be guided by the operating characteristics of your equipment.
