Step-by-step preparation

STEP 1
Before cooking, the heart should be thoroughly rinsed with running cold water.
STEP 2
Boil the heart for 1.5 hours. The original needs to be boiled with onions and carrots. I boil the heart purely.
STEP 3
Cut the boiled heart into small pieces and lightly fry.
STEP 4
Chop the carrots and onions. Peel the pickled cucumbers, select seeds and chop.
STEP 5
Fry vegetables in oil.
STEP 6
Place sautéed vegetables and cucumbers in a saucepan along with heart pieces. Add peppercorns and bay leaves.
STEP 7
Pour in tomato sauce and simmer until done.
STEP 8
After stewing, add garlic, mashed with salt and stir.
STEP 9
Serve fried potatoes as a side dish.
