STEP 1
How to make bean salad with carrots and onions? Prepare all the necessary products. You can take regular beans and pre-boil them. Canned beans will save cooking time. The recipe used red beans from a can.
STEP 2
Place the canned beans in a colander and rinse under running cold water.
STEP 3
Peel the carrots and onions and rinse. The amount of carrots and onions can be increased or decreased as desired.
STEP 4
Cut the carrots into thin cubes (vegetables can be chopped in any way that is more familiar to you. It is acceptable to grate the carrots on a coarse grater). Cut the onion into half rings or feathers.
STEP 5
Heat vegetable oil in a thick-bottomed frying pan. Send the onions and carrots to fry. Determine the degree of roasting for yourself. Vegetables can only be slightly simmered until translucent or intensely fried until golden brown.
STEP 6
I prefer to fry the onions and carrots over medium heat for about 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
STEP 7
Cut the cucumbers into strips, cubes or grate on a grater with large teeth. Salted or pickled cucumbers are good for salad.
STEP 8
Place the beans and fried vegetables in a deep container.
STEP 9
Next, add cucumbers to all ingredients.
STEP 10
Rinse the greens and dry. Finely chop dill and green young onions and add to the salad.
STEP 11
Mix everything well, taste it. Season with salt and pepper if necessary and stir again.
STEP 12
The salad is ready! You can serve immediately or let it brew for a while.
