A wonderful hearty bean salad with carrots and onions. My husband just loves this, especially because it doesn’t have mayonnaise) I used pre-boiled red beans, so it didn’t take much time to prepare the salad either. I fried the onions separately, I wanted them to become golden with a caramel flavor. And then I added carrots. For my taste, all the components of the salad are in perfect harmony, everything goes together. The taste is pleasant and familiar to us. We often have this salad on our table, but I haven’t added pickles before, they made the salad more interesting) Thanks to the beans, this salad can be served as a tasty side dish.
