STEP 1

To prepare a delicious banana cake, prepare the necessary ingredients.
STEP 2

Break one chicken egg into a deep bowl and pour one quarter teaspoon of salt into it.
STEP 3

Beat the egg and salt well with a mixer until light foam appears.
STEP 4

Pour one hundred and fifty grams of sugar into a bowl with a beaten egg in two additions.
STEP 5

Beat all ingredients in a bowl until white and fluffy.
STEP 6

Place three peeled bananas in a separate bowl, then add ninety grams of melted butter to it.
STEP 7

Thoroughly mash the bananas in a bowl with a masher until smooth.
STEP 8

Place the prepared banana mixture in a bowl with the egg mixture and pour one teaspoon of vanilla sugar into it.
STEP 9

Mix all ingredients well in a bowl until smooth.
STEP 10

Sift one hundred and eighty grams of wheat flour into a common bowl and pour in ten grams of baking powder.
STEP 11

Knead the dough to the required consistency at low speed of the mixer.
STEP 12

Place the prepared dough into a mold greased with a small amount of butter.
STEP 13

Distribute the dough evenly in the mold and set aside for fifteen to twenty minutes, after which we place it in an oven preheated to one hundred and seventy-five degrees for forty-five minutes, then reduce the oven degree to one hundred and continue baking the cake for another fifteen minutes, after which we leave it in the switched off oven until completely cool.
STEP 14

After releasing the prepared cake from the mold, place it on the table and cut into portions.
