    Mix the dough. Add eggs, salt, vegetable oil to water (125 ml), mix. Add baking powder to the flour and sift into the egg mixture. Knead the dough for at least 7-10 minutes. Cover with film and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

    While the dough is resting, prepare the filling and syrup. Leave some of the walnut kernels for decoration, grind the remaining nuts in a blender with sugar (200g) and part of the cinnamon.

    Take 100 milliliters of water, add 250 grams of sugar and the rest of the cinnamon and put on fire. Cook the syrup for 3 minutes. Turn off the heat and add honey, let the syrup cool.

    Divide the dough into four parts and roll out, dusting with starch. Place the first sheet of dough on a greased baking pan and generously grease it with melted butter. Add a third of the filling. We perform this operation twice more. Cover with the fourth sheet of dough and cut into the sizes we need. Grease generously with oil, decorate with nuts and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.

    Remove from the oven, make cuts again, grease with oil and put in the oven for another 30 minutes.
