    Clean the sausages from the factory film. Cut each sausage lengthwise in the middle, without cutting 1 cm to the edges. At the same time, you should try not to cut through the sausages. Because cheese may leak into the slots during baking.

    Grate the cheese on a fine grater. I have regular Russian cheese. Also suitable here are mozzarella (brine and for pizza), suluguni.

    Stuff the sausages with grated cheese. If you wish, you can add chopped fresh herbs, mayonnaise or pressed garlic to the grated cheese.

My children and I really love sausages, and if these sausages are baked in the oven with cheese, then it’s absolutely wonderful. And most importantly, this dish is prepared very quickly. While I was making tea and making sandwiches from bread with curd cheese, the sausages were already ready. They baked for about 10 minutes, then they started to deform a little, which means it’s time to take them out of the oven. I had turkey sausages, which were delicious in themselves. The cheese is Dutch, it turned out that it melts and stretches well) From the spices I took a mixture of peppers from the mill and aromatic herbs. Great quick and tasty breakfast! You can cook it for dinner and serve it with a side dish and a salad of fresh vegetables.

And why haven’t I cooked like this before?! I made baked sausages with cheese in the oven without dough for the first time. Ordinary sausages sparkle with new flavors! I took my favorite sausages, slightly smoked. I used hard cheese. From the spices I added suneli hops, ground black pepper and a mixture of aromatic herbs. I didn’t add salt, since the cheese already adds saltiness. I baked it in my oven for 15 minutes, top-bottom mode without convection. I served the sausages with fresh vegetables and herbs. The whole family loved these sausages! Thanks to the author for the idea and for the new dish in my culinary notebook!
