STEP 2

Lubricate with a brush with cold-pressed vegetable oil. For piquancy, add smoked or regular paprika to the oil.
STEP 3

In the summer heat, not everyone craves hearty meat dishes. Moreover, there are fresh vegetables! I was attracted to this recipe by its simplicity and speed) There is a minimum of preparation, the oven bakes, you can relax and unwind. I got 7 “steaks”, I cut them about 1.5 - 2 cm thick. I used young cabbage, but it took just 40 minutes to cook. My changes to the recipe: I coated one side with a mixture of vegetable oil and smoked paprika, and brushed the other side with butter and sprinkled dry paprika with the vegetable mixture. It turned out very tasty! I complemented the dish with sour cream and garlic sauce. My husband and I enjoyed the dinner. I definitely recommend it.
