Bagels without yeast with jam

Prepare the necessary products.
STEP 2

Pour sour cream into a bowl and add softened butter. Stir until smooth.
STEP 3

For taste, add salt and sugar, add baking powder. Mix the dough with a spoon.
STEP 4

First sift the flour, and then you can add it in small portions to the main mass.
STEP 5

Knead the dough until it forms a smooth and soft ball. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
STEP 6

Divide the dough into 2 equal parts. Using a rolling pin, roll out each piece of dough into a thin layer.
STEP 7

Using a knife, make 8 triangles.
STEP 8

Place jam on the wide edge; mine is made from dark grapes. Roll the workpiece towards the narrow edge. The result is bagels with filling.
STEP 9

Place baking paper on a baking sheet and place the bagels.
STEP 10

Bake the bagels in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. Remove from the pan with a spatula and cool on a plate. Serve pastries with hot coffee or tea. Bon appetit!
