Non-watery sour cream with a fat content of 15-20% is suitable. You need a large, selected egg. The butter should be at room temperature, so remove it from the refrigerator in advance.

    In a bowl, combine sour cream, soft butter at room temperature and egg. Mix everything thoroughly with a whisk. You still won’t achieve complete homogeneity due to the butter, which will remain in small pieces, so just stir so that the egg spreads well throughout the mass.

    Add flour sifted with soda in parts.

    Knead into a soft, elastic dough with your hands. If you don't want to knead the dough by hand, you can use a kitchen machine.

    Divide the dough into 3 equal parts.

    Roll out each part on a floured table into a circle approximately 2-3 mm thick and cut it into 6-8 triangles.

We all love bagels, I decided to make bagels with sour cream and jam according to this recipe. I chose homemade pear jam. For the dough I used homemade egg and soft creamy margarine. Instead of baking soda I used baking powder. Kneaded a soft and tender dough. It was loose, so I put it in the refrigerator for half an hour. Then rolled it into a circle and cut into segments as described in the recipe. I rolled the bagels with jam. Bake for 20 minutes. Sprinkle the cooled baked goods with powdered sugar as recommended by the author. The recipe is simple from available products. My bagels did not turn out very beautiful and neat, but they were mega tasty. The whole family devoured it with great pleasure. The recipe is good! But my dough came out soft, next time I’ll add a little more flour, otherwise I could barely wrap the bagels. But very tasty! Many thanks to the author!

These are the best bagels I have ever made 🥹Firstly, they are very quick to make ✔️Secondly, there are a minimum of ingredients ✔️Thirdly, there is no sugar, which does not affect the taste of the bagels in any way ✔️I made them with boiled condensed milk instead of jam.
