How to make apricot jelly from apricots? Prepare the necessary products according to the list.

Choose ripe and juicy, unspoiled apricots. Rinse them and dry them.
STEP 3

Remove the pits from the apricots, dividing them into two halves.
STEP 4

In a saucepan or non-stick pan, combine granulated sugar and gelatin.
STEP 5

Add pitted apricots, stir and leave at room temperature for 20 hours. During this time, the apricots will release juice.
STEP 6

Add lemon juice (can be replaced with citric acid) and clean water to the apricots in syrup.
STEP 7

Bring the apricots in the syrup to a boil, skim off the foam and simmer for 5 minutes over low heat, stirring.
STEP 8

Grind the hot apricot mass with an immersion blender.
STEP 9

Bring the apricot jelly to a boil and simmer for 3 minutes.
STEP 10

Pour the apricot jelly into clean and sterile jars. From this quantity of products 1 liter of jelly is obtained.
STEP 11

Roll up the jars with sterile lids. Invert and cover the jars of apricot jelly and let them cool completely. Store the jelly in a cool place. Good luck with your preparations!
