A very interesting way to make jelly. I've never done this before and wanted to experiment. I decided to try making apricot jelly from apricots using this recipe. It turned out to be very simple. I combined the jam with water, boiled it a little and ground it. Ready! The jelly came out to the perfect consistency. It is very homogeneous, smooth and, most importantly, thick. I used apricot jelly from the jam to make the grated cake. Since my child does not eat berries, I make jelly or jam or marmalade from the berries. This is a very successful recipe for me. Make jelly from jam, who would have thought) I liked it! Fast and easy! Good recipe! Thanks to the author for the idea!
