STEP 1
Wash and core the apples, you can leave the peel, it will break through well with a blender. Cut the apples into slices not very large.
STEP 2
Transfer the apples to the multicooker bowl, select the “baking” mode, time 40 minutes. Stir the mixture every 10 minutes. Add cinnamon during cooking.
STEP 3
After the time has passed, remove the multicooker bowl, transfer the contents to another bowl, cool, add honey and puree everything with a blender until smooth.
STEP 4
Take baking parchment, grease well with vegetable oil, spread applesauce and smooth with a spatula. The layer thickness should be 5-7 mm.
STEP 5
You can dry it in the oven at 100 degrees. with the door slightly open

I did everything using technology. It turned out very tasty! But it all depends on the apples, as I understand it. Dried it in the oven. 100 degrees and the door is ajar. It didn't dry evenly and was burnt in some places. but I think it depends on the oven. The only problem. the paper did not peel off from the marshmallow. There is no way to remove it now. The only thing is to suck the pastille until it is wet and remove the paper. This is certainly annoying. I was advised to use wax-impregnated paper. I just don’t know how harmful it is.
