We take such products. Apples, flour, butter, coconut, sugar, eggs.

Divide the dough in half. And add cocoa to one part.

Beat 5 egg whites with 250g sugar until stiff. Stir in starch and coconut flakes.

Peel and grate the apples. Lightly squeeze out the juice.

Take a form and cover it with paper. I have 32 by 20 cm. Lay out the dark dough. We smear it carefully.

Take it out when it’s ready and let it cool. And pour glaze over it. To do this, mix hot cream with chocolate.
