Appetizer of champignons with carrots

STEP 1
How to make a delicious appetizer of champignons and carrots? First of all, we prepare the necessary products for quick preparation of Korean salad with champignons.
STEP 2
To prepare the salad dressing, take a small bowl and place two pressed garlic cloves in it, then add half a teaspoon of salt and one tablespoon of sugar into the bowl.
STEP 3
Pour seven grams of Korean carrot seasoning into a bowl; if you don’t have it on hand, add a mixture of black and red peppers, basil and ground coriander and mix all the dry ingredients well.

Pour seventy milliliters of vegetable oil into a bowl with seasonings.
STEP 5
Pour seventy milliliters of 6% table vinegar into a common bowl.
STEP 6
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and let the prepared salad dressing sit for a while.
STEP 7
Take a Korean carrot grater and grate one medium carrot into a plate. Don't have a grater for Korean carrots? It's not a problem! Take a simple grater.
STEP 8
Cut half a kilogram of champignons into medium pieces and place them in a saucepan placed on the stove, then pour one and a half liters of boiling water into the saucepan with the mushrooms.
STEP 9
Add one quarter teaspoon of salt to the pan and bring to a boil over high heat on the stove, then continue to simmer the mushrooms for three to four minutes.
STEP 10
Take a colander and pour the mushroom broth through it into a suitable container.
STEP 11
Place the boiled mushrooms in a large bowl.
STEP 12
Place grated carrots in a bowl with boiled mushrooms.
STEP 13
Pour the previously prepared and infused dressing into a common bowl.
STEP 14
Mix all ingredients well in a bowl.
STEP 15
Cover the bowl with the prepared salad with a lid and let it brew for two to three hours.
STEP 16
After the time has passed, place the prepared Korean salad on portioned plates and serve it to the table.
