Aioli sauce with egg yolks
With a pronounced garlic flavor. Simple, fast, delicious! Aioli sauce on egg yolks will add piquant and spicy notes to a wide variety of dishes: fish, meat, vegetables. It’s not difficult to prepare, especially in a blender. Try it!
Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 30 mins
STEP 1
How to make aioli sauce with egg yolks? Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
STEP 2
Peel the garlic.
STEP 3
Chop the garlic using any available method. It is very convenient to do this using a blender.
STEP 4
Separate the yolk from the white, as only the yolk is needed for the sauce.
STEP 5
Place the yolk and chopped garlic in a mixing bowl. Add salt.
STEP 6
Beat the mixture with a blender until smooth.
STEP 7
After the mass becomes homogeneous, start adding a little oil to it, but do not stop whisking. The thickness of the sauce depends on the amount of oil added. If you need liquid, then the amount of oil can be reduced.
STEP 8
The sauce is ready. You can serve it with meat and seafood. The sauce will go well with vegetable salads. Bon appetit!

Dedicated to garlic lovers. Wow, what a hot sauce! The recipe calls for 50 grams of garlic. I took 30 grams, and already from this amount the level of spiciness went off scale. I once made mayonnaise with olive oil, and I didn’t really like the taste, so I used regular sunflower oil to make this sauce. I needed 50 grams of oil to achieve the required thickness of the sauce. Despite the spiciness, the Aioli sauce on egg yolks turned out amazing. I used it in combination with grated cheese. It turned out amazing. Thank you very much for the recipe!
