Maya Garcia

Since childhood, the kitchen has been a sanctuary for me, where the aromas of my grandmother's dishes intertwined with the joyful laughter of my family. I remember knowing by the smells that cherry pie or borscht was being prepared when the whole family gathered around the table. These moments taught me to appreciate not only food, but also people. While traveling, I discovered the amazing traditions of different cuisines of the world - from spicy Indian curries to delicate Italian pastas. My goal is to show that anyone can cook and that amazing food can be simple and affordable.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at Leiths School of Food and Wine.
