How to make adjika without bell pepper without cooking for the winter? Let's prepare the ingredients according to the list. For such preparation, you can use large, overripe tomatoes, which are not suitable for pickling and other preservation, where beautiful small fruits are needed.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Wash the tomatoes thoroughly, cut them into several parts, and cut out the place where the stalk attaches. If the skin of the tomatoes is hard and thick, remove it after dipping the fruit in boiling water.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Wash the horseradish roots, peel and cut into slices. If the root is not very fresh, then it should be soaked for an hour in cold water.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

We clean the garlic cloves from the membranes and cut off their ends on both sides.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

We pass all the vegetables through a meat grinder or grind them using a food processor into a mass of homogeneous consistency. Add sugar and salt, mix. Leave in the bowl for a couple of hours (be sure to use dishes made of non-oxidizing material) so that the bulk mixtures are completely dissolved.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Adjika is ready. Place the mixture in pre-prepared jars, washed and sterilized. We roll up the jars with lids. Horseradish is a good natural preservative, so there is no need to be afraid that such a seasoning will not be stored without the addition of vinegar. But after opening, it is still better not to store such a preparation for a long time, it does not necessarily have to spoil, but the seasoning will lose its “vigorousness”. Adjika should be stored in a cool place. Bon appetit!

I really liked adjika without bell pepper and without cooking! It turns out to be a not at all troublesome preparation for the winter, which you can eat as soon as you prepare it. Incredibly delicious with meat. I recommend it to all lovers of spicy seasonings!
