If you are tempted to add more water to the dough, do not give in, it will knead perfectly (I kneaded it in parts and then rolled it through the dough mixer). I reduced the ingredients by half, used suluguni cheese, it turned out VERY cheesy. The two of us have two days without stopping)) I plan to repeat it sometime 👍
