Burgers at home

The most “difficult” thing about cooking burgers at home is getting hold of a bun and a cutlet (if you cook with one). Then it’s a matter of technique and artistic taste: assembling a sandwich can be a real pleasure. In order not to waste time on cooking (after all, we are talking about a quick dish), it is better to fry the cutlets in advance. And buy buns at the store (well, or bake them in advance). Once assembled, all that remains is to heat the cutlet in the microwave. Or you can send the whole sandwich there.

In general, the burger tastes better warm. If you don’t have a microwave at home, you can keep it in a hot oven for a while. Or heat the bun and cutlet in a frying pan without oil.

Of course, all layers can be swapped to suit your mood. Duplicate some - there are no rules here. Some people use skewers to pierce the entire burger in the center to prevent it from falling apart. Others do not cut the bun completely, leaving it whole at one end. And the filling is laid out carefully so that this edge does not tear. Then, when you bite into it, the contents of the sandwich will not come out on at least one side))
