There was some ready-made mixed minced meat left in the refrigerator, so I decided to make burgers. I settled on your recipe. As an aside: I did not add garlic to the minced meat and instead of mayonnaise I used a special sauce for burgers. My cutlets turned out to be a little thinner than 2 cm.
