Madelyn Rodriguez

Since childhood, the kitchen has been a sacred place for me, where the aromas of homemade dishes intertwined with the laughter of family. My grandmother taught me how to create real masterpieces from simple ingredients, and my mother added a pinch of love to every recipe. I drew inspiration from the vibrant cuisines of the world: spicy curries from India, fresh pastas from Italy and sweet desserts from France. My goal is to show that cooking is accessible to everyone. I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Hospitality at Vancouver Island University.
