Chicken drumsticks with viburnum sauce
Regular chicken legs with an unusual sauce. In this recipe, I found a use for a previously made viburnum sauce with orange and cinnamon. The legs turned out amazing. Soft, with a slight viburnum-orange bitterness and very aromatic.

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Prepare the ingredients.
STEP 2

Cut the garlic into petals.
STEP 4

Rinse the chicken, dry it and place it in a frying pan.
STEP 5

Salt and sprinkle with chili pepper.
STEP 6

Place garlic petals on top.
STEP 7

Brush the chicken with viburnum sauce.
STEP 8

Pour in 100 ml of boiled water and simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes.
STEP 9

Transfer the drumsticks to a baking dish and place in an oven preheated to 180°C for 30 minutes.
