Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Prepare milk and green tea. You can also use black loose leaf tea or tea with fruit and berry additives, but, ideally, green tea is healthier. You can make a tea blend.
STEP 2
Bring milk to a boil. Don't boil!
STEP 3
Cool to 70 degrees.
STEP 4
Add tea and leave for 15-20 minutes. The main thing is not to close the lid tightly and not to leave it in the thermos so that the milk does not turn sour.
STEP 5
You can add mint to better curb your appetite.
STEP 6
Strain. Can be stored in the refrigerator, again without covering tightly.
STEP 7
Drink 1 cup every 2 hours throughout the day. You can drink it hot, warm, or cold. You can add honey to cooled tea to taste, but not more than 2 tablespoons per 1 liter. But then the drink will need to be diluted with hot boiled water, because... Very sweet. I prefer to drink it neat. If green tea has an stimulating effect on you, then in the evening, before bed, do not drink it, but replace it with something else: herbal tea, chicory or something else
STEP 8
Mandatory: in addition to milk tea, you need to drink 2 liters of plain non-carbonated water, since milk tea has diuretic, choleretic and cleansing properties. Water is needed to replenish the lack of fluid in the body.
STEP 9
