I prepared the dish quickly. The minced meat was made from lean pork. I put them on the frying pan one by one - first chopped onions and garlic, then meat and, finally, tomatoes (I took frozen tomatoes). I salted it and added ready-made seasoning for meat to the minced meat. Since the minced meat was not greasy, rather dry, and the tomatoes didn’t give much juice, I added a little water to the frying pan. I stewed the minced meat in a frying pan with tomatoes for 40 minutes. The recipe turned out to be a real lifesaver for me; it helped me prepare a tasty, satisfying main dish for lunch in a short period of time. The minced meat, prepared by hand, in combination with tomatoes turned out tasty, with a pleasant sourness, aromas of herbs and garlic. Thank you very much for the recipe!
