Since childhood, the kitchen has been the heart of our home for me: my grandmother prepared her legendary pies, and my mother shared the secrets of making borscht. These memories are full of the smell of fresh herbs and hot pots. A passion for cooking has become a guide to the worlds of different cultures: from spicy Indian curries to delicate Italian pastas. I believe that anyone can cook, and the goal of my site is to show how simple and enjoyable it is to create delicious dishes with loved ones. Food is not only food, but also a way to share moments of happiness.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Hospitality at Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
