Good evening! Today, while expecting guests, I was looking for a recipe that included chicken and came across the Smak salad with carrots and vinegar. I had all the necessary ingredients in the refrigerator, just not in the same volume as given in the recipe, but I decided to try it anyway. By dividing all the ingredients in half, I got a delicious salad. I have store-bought carrots, this time I didn’t cook them myself, the recipe calls for 5 eggs, I only took 2, they turned out to be enough. As for the chicken, you can easily use other chicken meat instead of breast; I have both breast and wing meat. By the way, while studying the comments to the recipe, I came across the suggested option of adding crackers, which I decided to use. Crackers add a special flavor, I agree with the author of the comment. In general, everything in this salad is chosen so that in the end you will eat a tasty and nutritious salad.

For the relish salad with carrots and vinegar, I needed the most common ingredients - chicken breast, eggs, onions and Korean carrots. Making a salad couldn't be easier! I cut the boiled eggs and meat into cubes, the onion into half rings, then poured vinegar on the onion and kept it in it for 7 minutes. I had homemade Korean carrots; I added spices to suit my taste and a little vinegar. I dressed the salad with mayonnaise and let it brew for about half an hour. The salad turned out filling and delicious! I liked the combination of meat, eggs and crispy vegetables with a piquant sourness. Thank you very much for the recipe!
