For dinner I made zucchini stuffed with meat in a slow cooker. I used mixed minced meat, I had a little more than 300 grams. I fried the filling in a frying pan: first the onion until transparent, then I added the minced meat and fried everything together until the liquid evaporated. I added salt, black pepper, chopped tomatoes (I removed the skins from them), and sour cream. Fry again until excess liquid evaporates. I filled the prepared zucchini “cups” with hot filling, put grated cheese on top and placed them in a multicooker bowl on foil. I cooked it in baking mode at 180 degrees. After 30 minutes I pricked the zucchini with a fork, it seemed a little tough to me, so I added another 15 minutes in the same mode. Everyone liked the stuffed zucchini, it was a very tender, tasty filling, you didn’t even need to add sauce, the dish was so juicy on its own. Thanks for the recipe, glavbyx!
