Pancakes are wonderful and loved by many, and if I like them with something sweet, my husband will add sausage to the same pancake, in general, it’s a universal dish. True, like a true lazy person and a gardener, I take very young milk squashes and grate them whole (I don’t cut them) with the skin and seeds; the milk squashes have tender and soft skin and seeds. And I also add not a lot of sunflower oil to the “dough” (less risk of burning) Thanks for the recipe, it’s very useful!

Milada, Astra! Great recipe for sweet zucchini pancakes! I’ve never made zucchini with sugar before, it always turned out moderately salty or completely bland, I used to grease it with grated garlic.
